Cancelled contract and cancel the renewal for 2024 March

Hi, please note that upgrade department are worse than any department at Vodacom.

If KPA are done and the staff there thinks they are CEOs, look around SA, around the world and one day retrenchment will follow sooner than later. May be then you will be able to value for clients and privilege to be employed.

I don't know how the staff is rated and get bonuses and increments with such pathetic service.

I was called by complains department last week Tuesday , till today. I have not received a call from sales. It's 7days and I got this SMS Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1MHY-2C5FW2 has been closed. Thank you Vodacom.

Please cancel the upgrade coming up 2024 March.I complaint about my contract that was cancelled without a reason, but clearly I was not taken seriously. Thank you for pathetic and worse service ever. Busi thank you for your help and follow up call about the router, your service was excellent.
