Cancelled contract

I opened the account with vodacom online last year Nothando Ngiba, Vodacom (External) Contacted me i app**** for sim data to use on my fone. After completing the contract i sent email to tell her she gave me the incorrect package she must call me, i received the sim card and still it was the incorrect package i called Vodacom and the ups and downs da gave me was extremely bad. Ok i was told it is cancelled and i even received the sms. Ohh begging of January my account was debited I query nothing hapen February samething happen. I query i was told i wi be called da next day. No one call. Now im receiving the email from mbd saying my account has been handed over
