Cancelled But They Keep Debiting
I cancelled my contract with Vodacom in August with provision of a 30 days notice as requested so officially I had one month left. However, I was still billed in October and following from that again in November. I have called numerous times and addressed the matter with their Cancellations team. They keep assuring me that the contract has been cancelled yet I am still being billed. This has been the most annoying process because no one has an answer yet I keep getting debit orders. The point of cancelling is to get rid of a service you no longer need yet Vodacom cannot seem to do this. So if service is important to you, I would be careful with going with Vodacom.
