Cancelled but still paying

I have cancelled a contract phone which has expired and I have cancelled a Data contract which has expired. I was informed by Vodacom that my last debit would be debited end January. End of Feb I was billed once more for the two contracts that has expired AND have been cancelled.

I contacted Vodacom to enquire and to enquire what my account will be for end of March, the lady responded with my ID number there are not active lines. She confirmed my details and she had the correct personal information. She stated that my account would be R0. There are no active lines on my ID number. I stated that's impossible. She checked again and then said I am still charged for the current line and the two I have cancelled. So my account went from 0 active lines to 3 active lines in 10 seconds flat of which two have been canceled. I HAVE CANCELLED TWO of the lines, why am I still charged? How *********** are the staff to change the info from 0 active lines to 3 active lines.

I would like the matter resolved, and a refund for the extra amount I was charged, as I was told that the last debit be on end Jan. I do not want to be charged for the two cancelled contracts en of March.
