CANCELLED BUT STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT

I cancelled my contract in OCTOBER 2015 so they still took a random amount of R209.00 I phoned again and made sure its cancelled they assured me they will pay back this money im still waiting and now i receive a letter that i still owe R309 which will be the debit order for this month. I MEAN how many times must i cancel this contract.????<br> <br> Can someone please help me what to do now? all i want is them to see i cancelled twice and i owe them nothing they owe ME
