Cancelled account still debited

Contract with Vodacom was cancelled at the beginning of July. Every month since then I have had a debt order come off of my account. I have just tried to call the cancellations department to query the debt orders only to have my call dropped by 3 people. Completely useless and unwilling to help but they are more than happy to make your money.
