Cancellations: *********** staff working for Vodacom
And so I have to deal with Vodacom's *********** staff once again. In December 2018 when I was doing my upgrade at Key West Shopping Centre I told Brian that I would like to cancel 2 of my contracts, so he advised me that in March the once will expire, I have to phone Vodacom Cancellations in February to ensure that I give 30 days notice. I can't go into the store to give the notice I will have to phone them.
Today I phone 082 111 and spoke to Tokelo he advised me that he needs to check my profile 1st to ensure that my contracts are at expiry before he can transfer me to the cancellations dept. So I have him the 1st number that needs to be checked, he told me that the contract will expire on the 2nd of April so yes I can give notice.
So he transferred me to the cancellations dept and I spoke to Zama, then she informed me that I can not give notice now it is only in June 2019.
This is so frustrating to deal with staff who don't know their work, product and who are ***********. You are wasting my time.
And it is due to this incompetency and the bad service that I received in December 2018 that I no longer want to proceed with my contract's with Vodacom.
Please can I have a competent person who can inform me when I need to phone to give notice to have my contract's cancelled. and please don't phone me you can email me on my details that you have on your system. I want everything in writing as I had enough of Vodacom's *********** staff.
