Cancellations
Dear Vodacom,
I have received such pathetic service from your cancellations department. I have been such a long standing customer but the service I have received in the past 3 months has been ridiculous. I have called your cancellations department almost 7 times to cancel a contract and till today u guys have not removed this account. Your cancellation departments keep advising that a refund will be app**** but when I called customer care today, the have no trace of it been cancelled from November 2020.
