Cancellations dept not answering their phones
I have been trying for the past couple of hours to get hold of Vodacom to cancel my contract which ended in March 2020. Each time I hold the line for +- 5 /6 minutes and each time someone answers the phone they hang up. It’s frustrating because I have small kids. PLEASE can someone return my call in order for me to cancel my contract. My account number is I***-3 !!! I need assistance please.
