Cancellations Dept absolutely useless!

<p>I have been trying to contact Vodacom Cancellations from 30th December to date with no luck. I've dialled ********** several times (either engaged or just rings), I've emailed customer care, I've emailed social media, I've emailed cancellations but no reply. I've gone into two stores that have been so busy that I had to leave after 30min + with not even as much as a hello from the consultants. All i want is to cancel my contract!!!!</p>
