Cancellations department unwilling to cancel my contract

In June 2018 I asked to have one of my contracts cancelled, it was due for an upgrade on 29 Jun 2018 and the contract end date was 28 Sep 2018. The 1st consultant that helped me over the phone tried to get me to take out a small contract instead of cancelling, and proceeded to prod at me as to why there was so much airtime on that SIM card for a few mins. Only after I had told her I do not use that SIM she went ahead and cancelled it and advised me the last payment will go off in October 2018.

This month when I received my Tax Invoice I see I am still charged for "Airtime Subs - uChoose Flexi 150". So I called in again. The first lady I spoke to said she saw no cancellation request on the system and put me through to Cancellations. I spoke to a gentleman and told him what is happening then he too tried to sell a smaller package to me. I unfortunately had to end the call due to having to go back to work. But the time it took to try and sell me a new smaller package my original request could have been fulfilled.

A week or so prior to this we had gone to Vodacom store and the gentleman working there said they do not do cancellations in-store anymore and was told to call the cancellations line. I am very unhappy about this. My contract is STILL NOT cancelled, stores won't do it and the cancellations line try to sell you more contracts. I do not know what to do anymore.
