They saw that us South Africans just excepted it like the petrol price so they keep increasing it every year. But lets not get off track. My mother has called in 26 times to cancel her contract since January 26th but she kept getting the bot saying she will receive a sms or a consultant giving her n **** referral and empty promises that the contract will be cancelled. Vodacom will keep asking were is you proof or referral but you can not give it cause the have not provided it so its a loosing battle. Vodacom will just keep pulling up there arms and keep expecting you to pay after the contract has ended.
