CANCELLATIONS ( A VODACOM **** )

BE AWARE OF VODACOM, THEY WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR ISSUE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE This is now 7-working days since I posted my first review of Vodacom's non existing service. IMPOSSIBLE to CANCEL your contract. It is now 9 months with no resolved issue and Vodacom's collection attorneys MBD calling me every day for money I have already paid. The only reply is a reference number witch I am collecting now. Check these STATISTICS out. I calculated all the complaints within 7- working days since my complaint about cancellations. This include all complaints like fiber, contracts, bills, upgrades, call centers, services, etc., and the most single complaint is CANCELLATIONS. In the 7-days there were a total of 143 complaints, where 108 was all combined complaints and 35 was CANCELLATIONS. This is a total off 24,5% of the total complaints. NEARLY A THIRD OF ALL COMPLAINTS ARE CANCELLATION RELATED. This is a shame to rely on them to support customers. TOTALLY PATHETIC. The reply you get after submitting a complaint is just a generic reply. It has no impact. The calls you get is only to give you a middle finger.
