Cancellations

My number was Due in November 2017 but I did not Upgrade and March 2018 I call to Cancel the Contract on ********** and there was a Consultant that did not cancel he did a Upgrade to a no device deal and he say he say I will pay R30 for airtime of 55 rand and when I got my account from Vodacom It was R89 rand and then I came to Witbank Store Vodacom Saveways Witbank and tell me to cancel before the Upgrade starts I did call but still not been cancel. The don't want to cancel and I call more then 10 times and no feedback please assist. Please I want all my money back and need my profile as It was because I'm on Prelegal and It's not my fault.
