Cancellation ..... still being invoiced

I cancelled my contract with Vodacom (contract expired in March, I cancelled the contract as I did not want to continue month to month services). I was informed I would be debited on 01/04/2017 (ref: 1- ********** 38053) with the final payment. I have received a statement for R75 on the for this contract. I called 082111 to query. The first call at 08h25 went straight to the survey. The second call was answered and I was asked to hold to be transferred to 'solutions'. I asked the young lady to give me the number as I'd be cut off. She said she would call me back to see if I was assisted. The call did not go through. I phoned the cancellations department and I have now been holding for 6 minutes. I am expecting a call at 09h00 but the agent cannot assist me, all she'll be able to do (if she calls me back) is establish that the call was not transferred and then she'll offer to transfer me again. I am trying to find out why I am going to be debited for an amount of R75 on a contract that is cancelled. Please investigate.

Reviewer Update

The call centre agent phoned at about 09h30 yesterday to find out if I've received any assistance and said she would call back today. In the meantime, Vodacom's consultant has not contacted me as indicated in their response - 'due course' is open ended and leaves Vodacom with the advantage of not sorting out the situation timeously.
