Cancellation quote done incorrectly.

I phoned Vodacom cancellations department to cancel two of my contracts and asked for a settlement quotation on the 17th of Feb by the Vodashop in the Grove Mall. And i specifically asked that once i pay the settlement amount that i will not pay anything further on those accounts and the consultant said yes the won't deduct any money at the end of the month as i did settle both those contracts. But i see they are still going to deduct R2500 on the 1st of March, this is ridiculous after i specifically asked that i want no other payments after my settlement, besides my 1 contract i still have with vodacom for R899 that's all i expected to go off on the 1st of March. I mean flip i paid R8923 settling the other two contracts. Glad I'm almost done with vodacom.
