Cancellation process Sucks

I recently took out a second contract with Vodacom, the device was subsequently sent back on the 28 Dec 2017 (which was collected by RAM) - I was advised when contacting the 'After sales department' on the 28 Dec that I should contact them after 3 working days in order to cancel the contract and than apply for a new one.

I contacted the call centre on the 4 Jan 2018, I was advised to call on the 5th (which I did), on the 5th I was advised to call on the 6th (which I did), on the 6th I was advised to call on the 7th (which I did), on the 7th I was advised to call on the 8th (which I did), on the 8th I was advised to call on the 9th (which I did).

Today when I called I was advised that it will now take 7-10 working days for the contract cancelled, I find this unacceptable as I was initially advised it would take 3 working days for this to be resolved but today I find out differently.

Consultants in this 'After Sales' department show no care whatsoever and always promise to investigate and provide feedback but nothing ever happens.

Today for the first time I ask to be put through to a Team leader and eventually Thembinkosi Ndlovu comes to the phone but he too is willing to just give the same answer as the consultants are - after much persuading I eventually got him to send me an email advising that the contract will be cancelled but if you are to listen to the call you will see that he doesn't really give 2 flying shoots about the client and almost has the attitude like he is doing us clients a favour by doing his job.

Ive worked in many call centres and I am 100% certain that I will offer a far superior service compared to any of the consultants (which have been a few) are able to offer.

Such a big company who prides themselves on the service rendered and this is what we get from you guys - DISGUSTING.
