Cancellation process slow and credits not passed for continued payments while I had no access to the service

In November 2022 I took up the home internet 10Mpbs uncapped offer which was subsequently discontinued a couple of months later. Whilst Vodacom did offer a cancellation, which I elected to exercise, the process took much longer to process than what is reasonable, erstwhile continuing to pay for the service while I had no access to it. I made numerous calls to the cancellations desk and was promised on each occasion that credits would be passed on to me accordingly. Sadly, several months later, the credits are still not reflecting.

I have tried diligently to address this within Vodacom's structures to no avail and I am now tired of phoning the call centre with the same response and same lack of resolution. I am hoping that I can get the visibility and resolution through this process.

For reference, my original ticket number is *** and I was later assigned a further ticket ***.
