Had an old contract with Vodacom. Forgot to call the contract and found they still debiting. Thats fine, my fault. When I tried to cancel it I experienced the most unhelpfull service in the world. Connected with their chat service and I was given a e-mail address for cancellations. Sent a mail to cancellations and got a rely a day later stating I need to send a copy of my ID and a letter. I rep**** immediatley asking what letter as I had no idea what letter was being referred to. and to date I am still waiting fr Gloria to tell me what the letter is they need. I connected with their chat service on several different occasions who advised they cant assist, which I understand but they were awesome enough to call me back and connect me with the cancellations department who just never answers. Chatted to Kamini on the chat service who cant help and I explained to him I know he cant but requested he get a manager or supervisor to contact me back with the information I needed about the letter. He said "dont worry sir, a manager will cal you back shortly". That was 2 days ago. So I am asking myself, does vodacom have a cancellations department or even managers or supervisors? This experience has put me off from ever in the future turning to vodacom to provide me with a service. Can someone please help me cancel my service though.?
