********* cancellation penalties

I have a few numbers with vodacom, i have been a loyal customer for years and I am in a bit of a financial jam work wise and i asked vodacom for a cancellation quote for all my numbers. The devices altogether comes to about R50000 and the subscription fees ads an extra R40 000 how can this be ethical?

Why cant I settle all my devices and then cancell my contracts? I know im going to get some ****py answer back thats a binding contract and so forth, I am willing to pay upfront R50 000 so settle all the devices on my lines why cant you meet me half way and reduce the total fees? How can you ask me R40 000 for subscriptions if i settle all my devices.

So please can someone higher up call me to discuss this, please im asking as il have to then change my banking details after i have settled my devices and then the debit orders will bounch for the subscription fees i know that sounds ********* but im not going to pay R50 000 to settle all my devices and another R40 000 for numbers i never use, so please get a supervisor to call me im more than willing to mess up my credit score to let the debit orders bounce. This is really ridiculous. And if youre going to throw a contract agreement in my face then fine i really need help from Vodacom, I get why i have to pay for the physical hardware as thats a physical loss yes but subscriptions Vodacom is not a small company that struggles surely you can do better that R40 000 to nail a customer?

Im already in **** financlly i really dont mind *****ing up my credit score to let the debit orders bounch honestly :(

Why cant your let me settle the devices and reduce the numbers i have to something like R300 pm for all the numbers left until they run out to for example let me pay R50 per number per month if you really dont want to let me cancell them for free?

Dont forward this to a consultant this wont be settled by someone other than a manager or high up super visor so please dont waste my time :(

I sent in cancellations request and paid the amounts as per the quotes, yet i havent received any feedback that my cancellations have been processed for all the numbers. I paid a hel of big amount to cancel those numbers so i expect feedback that they were processed????
