Cancellation of Vodacom Insurance is a nightmare!!!!

I have tried for 4 months to cancel my Vodacom Insurance with no luck. Have phoned the call center, after each call it was verified that contract was cancelled, but in the new month; the amount is debited again from my Vodacom acc.
