Cancellation of vodacom contracts proving to be impossible.

I have contacted vodacom several times to try and cancel my contracts, the one ended in april and the other has ended this month. When phoning in today the representative got irritated with me because i was asking why the contract that was supposed to end in april was still charged to my account and when i told her i want to cancel the contract ending this month she simply put the phone down in my ear.
