Cancellation of Vodacom contract Nightmare

I have been struggling now for more than a week to cancel contracts on my father's name. Wait, I haven't even had the fair chance to speak about the cancellation, still struggling to get some one who is Afrikaans to read the Proxy that gives me permission to act on behalf of my father. I had to go into a vodacom shop to load the proxy and now after all the trouble every consultant that answer my phone call can't assist me. It is incredible how easy one can get a contract on someone's name only with a letter of consent...but to cancel you need a Afrikaans consultant which Vodacom doesn't have available to take calls
