cancellation of Subscription

She assisted me to cancell the subscribtion that was deducting airtime without me noticing.I cancelled the subscribtion but my airtime was still being deducted,she also helped with my debit order to be removed from my account so that I can pay in cash.she helped me in my home language.Dineo was a great help.thank you Vodacom and Dineo.
