cancellation of simcard without a notice

RE: *** contract

We took a contract upgrade at Nashua mobile in October 2014. We were told that Vodacom will be taking over the contract. We were told to continuepaying to the Nashua account as we were a cash paying customer. We continued to pay into this account and then the sim was suspeneded. We queried with Vodacom who told us to contact Nashuasmobile for a refund and pay the outstanding balance to Vodacom to reactivate the sim. Once that was done. Vodacom cancelled the simcard and we were to told go to a vodacom shop to activate it. The store then sent us to a repair store who asked us for R285 fee to get a new sim for this contract. Why should we pay for this? They then sent us to gateway. We are not at fault as payment was always made, just to nashua instead of vodacom. We have all proof, all email communication and still given the run around to sort out the cancelled simcard for this contract which was done without giving us a notification. Please can vodacom contact *** to resolve this as we not going to Gateway to get told they can't do anything and post us else where.
