Cancellation Of My Email Address Without Informing Me

I had my vodacom number and email address for over 10 years. It started as a pre-paid number then converted it to a contract due to work purposes. Recently i was retrenched and couldn't afford to make payment on my contract. My number was cut, removed off the network due to non-payment (which i can understand) however my email was deleted without any notification. I have spoken to numerous call centre agents and always got a different answer. This email address is very important to me as it contains crucial documents just to name a few...my late grandmothers will in testament, my late fathers id documents (which no other family member has). I have requested Vodacom to PLEASE give me that email back or even open it up just for 1 day in order for me to forward those documents to another email address. I have had no joy! A client service manager was supposed to call me back...NOTHING!
