Cancellation of LTE Services - What a Joke!!

We have been trying to cancel our LTE Router service since July 2018. I have hundreds of emails confirming they have received they cancellation but still nothing has been done. I am now sitting on the phone as I type this with a ****y customer care representative called Nkathla who has informed me it is still pending 35 minutes for feedback and they sound like they are having a tea party in the background!!!!! Apart from the fact that this is blatant theft as you are deducting the money monthly and this was cancelled 4 months ago but your service is disgusting. Our solution number is 1- ********** 9028/1 and our service reference number is SR180 ********** 30!!!!! I just have no words!!!!!!!! and I can assure you if I need to get into my car today to come and resolve this it will not be pleasant at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
