Cancellation of Line - Missed Payment

EC-1J36-2LJ7R4 RE: RE: Query - Account number: N ********** ***~78EQ I have been in contact with your call centre even though I was out of the country, the only answer I get is that my line is being shutdown for a missed payment. For the Record, there was a payment arrangement of R2000 a month, my December payment did not go through...I agree I should of checked. This should not be reason to cancel my number, I have been with Vodacom for more than 20 years already. Does this not count for anything. I emailed Pre-Legal as well. How can we solve this? Thanks, Mr P Pillay

Good Day, I am truly disappointed. Spoke to an agent this morning who could not even escalate this matter, all she said was the line is deleted! I told her that Vodacom should at least consider the fact that I have been a client for more than 20 years . I also admit that I should have contacted Vodacom in December when the payment did not go through. I also informed her that I paid R2000 in January. Does this not count. Then she says that legal is handing me over to blacklist me. Unfortunately, she was not very helpful. My personal thought is that you don't treat clients who have been with Vodacom for such a long period in a manner that I am being treated. I accept that I was wrong with the payment but we should look for a solution between both parties. Thank You.
