Cancellation of expired contract
Worst customercare ever. Been trying to cancel an expired contract for months now but to no avail. The cancellationdept just keep telling they will send an email but up to date received nothing. They are very quick to try and sell you another contract but don't want to cancel an expired contract 's payment
