Cancellation of dying mans contracts

My Stepfather is terminal, bedridden and incapacitated. I called the call center asking what is to be done about cancelling his contracts which are on a month to month basis. An obnoxiously rude agent told me there was nothing that could be done as my stepfather would have to cancel the contract....really? I then had the phone put down on me. I called back and was told by another rude & obnoxious agent that when he dies, we should send a copy of his death certificate....really? Eventually I was told by a 3rd agent to send an email to *** and *** with a copy of my stepfathers ID as well as mine with a request for cancellation. Then the call went dead. Both emails bounced twice with an error, "Remote Server returned '550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found'" So the e-mails don't work and the call center agents are obnoxious, rude and lack empathy and understanding. I as a Vodacom customer since 1996 am completely disgusted by this.
