cancellation of contracts

I just want to say that Vodacom is the biggest **** when it comes to cancellation of contracts. I have a few, more then 10, contracts with them and some was due for cancelation already in September. I did inform then in due time that I want it to be cancelled it did no happen but they rather they just have stories every month now and keep on deducting on a month to month bases I even went to the store but they cant help me and say I must call the customer care line . what's worst is that they went and upgraded 4 of my contracts. while I on the other hand try to cancel the ones that was due for cancelation I'm calling the customer care line every day with no help. please do not ever take out contracts from Vodacom as they might give you the same problems.

please help what can I do?
