Cancellation of contracts

i've been a vodacom customer for many, many years and two months ago ( 1st of April 2017) i cancelled some of my data contracts as the 2years lapsed and i did not use them any more. the branch employee explained to me that at the end of April 2017 the last payment will go of which is understandibly, but come end May they again deducted the data contracts from my account! i went in to the Carletonville Branch where i first cancelled the contracts who then tels me that they could not process the cancelation as the network was down! I was not informed that they were off line when i went in to cancel the contracts. so why must i be held responsible for the payment of this month i dont even have the sim cards any more!! the branch employee then tels me that i will pay the contracts untill June 2017 as they needed to cancel the contracts again. i demand that i be assisted in this matter and that my money be refunded as this was not my fault the carletonville vodacom branch did not do their job accordingly. if i was notified that the system was off line i would have came back another time to cancel the contracts, but i was not informed.
