Cancellation of contract without my knowledge
I have been with vodacom for a good four years. I have two phones with them, the recent contract I took is not even a year old. Last month I paid my bill as usual and then on the 07/10/2022 the Vodacom legal department decided to cancel both numbers without any correspondence. They never send any sms or mail to give me heads up, I’m very much frustrated, I’m about to give birth without any contact only dead phones. A consultant by the name of Koketso at Vodacom Wonderpark cared to listen and assist however I got to their store late the Vodacom legal department was closed when we wanted to make a call. This has left me stranded and upset. I seriously need an explanation😭😭😭😭😭😭

14 Oct 2022, 18:34Clearly you don’t value customers let alone take us seriously. It’s okay I will pay the outstanding balance I got from the store the other day, please provide me with the details of where should I make payments and part ways with Vodacom as an SP.
It’s sad how I used to like Vodacom back in my days however the standard has drastically dropped, shem le runner ****a…will also comment on your Twitter I bet I will have people with the same sentiments.
