Cancellation of contract reference number

<p>Phoned vodacom this morning saying I do not want to upgrade if my contract ends i want to end my contract and move over to prepaid. I also said i want a reference number through a sms. He said he will sms me the reference number (also waited for the system to log the reference number). </p> <p> </p> <p>So now i did not recieve my reference number after the call, went to look on hellopeter to see if there are any complaints logged regarding this issue. I phoned vodacom back now, stating i did not recieve a reference number, i confirmed my number and id, he said told me to hold on. I listened to their holding on ringtone or tone whatever it is called and BAM my call was dropped and now the computer wanted me to review their service so gave a terrible review!. Now when my other contract is going to expire i will TRY (if its even possible) to cancell that contract as well. Then I will move my numbers over to Afrihost mobile. I will also reverse all debit orders i will recieve after my contract expiring date from vodacom, because i saw on hellopeter some people had a problem with their debit orders after a contract was cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also if they decide to delete my number like some complaints on hello peter after they changed from contract i will sue vodacom for all the business i might have lost from my number (this did not happen yet, just scared it does after read some complaints here)</p> <p> </p> <p>I am logging a complaint about a reference number now because in three months i do not want the issue some people are having when cancelling. </p>
