CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT - AN IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION VODACOM

HOW on earth do I cancel my contract that was from the 20th February 2015 - 20th February 2017, cell phone number ********** 621. On the 9 February 2017 I sent my cancellation letter before the end of the contract, as well as again on the 28 May 2017 to **********

I was then still billed after the contract period and received a letter of final demand for R655.47 which was paid on the 19 September 2017. Thereafter the contract was STILL NOT cancelled and I was still debited for R298.60 then R218.49 and ANOTHER R218.49 totaling R735.58 that is due this January 2018. The contract expired in February 2017.

Phoning your call centre is a complete WASTE of time and I get thrown from department to department. Please RESOLVE this matter once and for all, as I am going to take this up at the small claims court.
