Cancellation of Contract after 24 months

I finally got through on the *** to cancel (ref ***3~4 of 13 June 2015))my contract after trying since 2 June 2015. However my latest stamen reflects the amount of R104.89 will be recovered from my June 2015 acc. no. ***9-3. I've also not received an e-mail confirming this cancellation. Kindly investigate and advise.
