Cancellation of contract

Wrote a review on the 19th of May then that's when they called me , however the caller asked to check something then call me back again but never called back then minutes later I received an SMS saying the investigation was redeemed invalid ........which makes me more angry because they only reason the caller asked to call me back was because they could also see that I was consistent in paying the contract up until I asked them to cancel it but they Did not but now they want me to pay for services I haven't been using of which I asked them nicely to cancel but they did otherwise.....till now the contract hasn't been cancelled....
