Cancellation of contract

Vodacom I feel like they are ******** people their money... you pay money u don’t even know where do they come from... when u ask for you statements they say they are handed somewhere they can give them to you. When u ask them to cancel their contract they say they did but at the end of the month u get an sms saying u owe them money... u not treating ur customers fairly and it’s unfair because we only reach u on the phone when we go to the vodacom store they say they can’t help you... how can u owe an account 2000 smthing yet Uve been paying it n have never missed a payment... u are totally ******** people
