Cancellation of contract

On the 7th of November I called Vodacom to pay up my account in full and cancel the contract. I receive the cancellation invoice .

11 of November I paid my outstanding amount in full at a Vodacom branch in Ladysmith , Kzn. On the same day I emailed them proof of payment, signed cancellation form and Id.

Today I went into the branch to check if it's been cancelled. It wasnt. I tried the cancellation department numerous times today. Kept getting cut off and no solution. The first time they said I'm in arrears. Which isn't true. Prior to this I've been up to date as it's a debit order and can provide.proof. Second time I called they said I haven't paid my cancellation amount. I have proof of payment cancellation amount and the form that was sent to me from Vodacom. I'm willing to share. Matter of urgency as I'm emigrating and have no time to deal with this when abroad. I paid up my account in full and don't want any more debit orders going out my account. Would like this issue resolved asap.
