Cancellation nightmare
How in this day and age is it possible that a company like Vodacom does not facilitate online cancellation of contracts? I requested on 28-Apr that my contract be cancelled (via customer service email) - I don't even want to go to prepaid and TODAY (11-May) they phone and say I have to speak to the cancellations department because they do not use email. I notified you more than a month before the next debit order date - if that debit order goes off I will dispute it at the bank since I have notified you in writing that the contact must be cancelled. Don't tell me that the department does not work with emails it is 2022.

17 May 2022, 16:42So this has still not been resolved. I also tried to phone and cancel and was cut off after 5min (check recording for 16:30). I sent another mail to your customer service and I think you should probably just cancel the contract or I will cancel the other 2 as well.
