Cancellation Issue, Overcharging, Lies, Neglegence, NON COMPLIANCE according to country consumer protection act

<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Vodacom to request to know the date of when my contracts final payment was due, I was told End of April sir. This call placed in mid Feb of the same year. Come March and I pay less than normal, so I call in and they say the contract is done and already converted. Fastforward to April now in which i've spent days trying to cancel. OUR SYSTEMS ARE OFFLINE. OUR MANAGERS CANT TAKE CALLS. TO EVEN DROPPING MY CALLS. How spectacular is this? A seemingly huge company with no structure or regard for its consumer base? Im taking this to every social media out there. whether I need to do it for months. or years. I will tell all about the problem with VODACOM. I would go to lengths of going to the store and counter advising new clients if this is what it takes to be heard. Im going to lay a formal complaint against Vodacom with the National Consumer Commission. Because of Vodacom taking long to cancel my contract they want to charge me another month for a contract that should be closed? Wow, now thats *****ing. Hope you guys have a good excuse for this.</p>
