Cancellation does not get done
I got a contract in November 2019 my contract ended 2021 November, after going in to zevenwacht branch they said i need to cancel with call centre in december my account was debited again in december i called and cancelled i even got a sms on the 29th but now its been i battle because the contract was never cancel, call centre want to upgrade aftee i told them to cancel as my contract has ended, today March the 7th this company still wants to bill me i dont know what else to do, i went to the branch if been calling since december i attemted head office but they dnt work wknds this vodacom does not stop ur contract!
