Cancellation dispute
I contacted Vodacom on 3 April 2023 to cancel my fibre contract currently on a month-to-month basis. Take not this was the first business day of the month. I just got confirmation that the service will be cancelled 1 June 2023, it took them 24 days to process something as simple as a cancellation. They are outright ******* that do not give a damn about ethical behaviour. I have already indicated I will take legal action if another debit order goes off my account. Do not use them as they are not capable of customer service. It is not my first time that I struggle with pathetic service. It is time that ICASA gets these companies in line with the law! SR***

28 Apr 2023, 14:08 If you read my complaint carefully and did not just copy and paste the same message as to the reason for my complaint you would notice that the complaint is regarding the pathetic answer of a calendar month notice, 3 April 2023 was the first business day of the month, if you need a month notice the contract can end on 3 May 2023. This will not be the last of this issue, you will answer to ICASA as I will submit an official complaint.
People open your eyes and stop supporting Vodacom, they are ******* and do not care about customer service nor legal matters. They make rules to suit them and only them. I will not eb spending any of my hard-earned money with this company going forward!
