Cancellation department not doing what they promise (lies??) and then when they continue a service, you must keep paying!!!

Yet again Vodacom call center, this time their cancellations one, did not do their jobs AND when we confirmed at a later stage, they **** to us confirming that both the numbers we asked to be cancelled, one to be prepaid and one to be cancelled COMPLETELY, they **** and told us both will be done on 30 JUNE 2023, but only the one was made prepaid and the other is still active. Now they want to only do the cancellation for end JULY and we must pay it. They actually sneaked that number in with an upgrade and made us pay for something we didn't know about and the number belonged to somebody else and we TRUSTED them and never really looked properly on the accounts and then one day, after about a year, we saw that it actually belonged to somebody in Rustenburg. We then wanted to cancel it but was told that it was part of the upgrade and we cannot cancel it yet. Then we went to a branch and did a simswap so those people never got all the demanding and threats SMS's from the companies which had that number as their number. Then we cancelled both numbers on 2 May 2023 for effect 30 June 2023. The name of person who was supposed to do the cancellation was Nomnotho, The person we talked to now is Siphesihle, So if Vodacom doesn't cancel that number as per the first request for 30 June 2023, we will NOT PAY THAT MONTHLY subscription and claim that Nomnotho pay for it as she was supposed to cancel it and didn't do it. Go to your recording which you brag so much about at the beginning of each call and IF you have it you should hear that we requested FIRST to cancel the one number and THEN requested for the other number to be made prepaid. COME ON, GO LISTEN TO THAT RECORDING!!!!!!! PLEASE check your accounts properly and demand an email and sms for each request.
