Cancellation biggest struggle ever

did a premature cancellation on my vodacom account on the 29th November at vodacom menlyn. I paid the amount due on my account and the lady scanned and send the document together with the payment through to the cancellation department . She said my number will be switchedto prepaid within 48 hours. Well nothing happened so I phoned the cancellation department in the 2 December. After holding on for more than an hour, I spoke to a lady that said they received the payment but it was not allocated and that I must hold on the will initiate it. Aftet holding on another hour she said that it was initiated and the number will go to prepaid in 48 hours. Well needless to say, nothing has still happened. I phoned vodacom cancellations everyday over the last 2 weeks and about 30 people. 10 of them tried to help me and said they logged a service request to IT and that within 48 hours my number will switch. Still nothing happened. When I phoned this passed monday they guy said that if I knew it was a new week and that I have to resend everything again? It doesn't even make sense. I have send about 6 emails with all my documents and I even faxed it through. Still waiting on something to happen. The person I spoke to yesterday said that he saw the money and it just shows as a prepayment on my account? Vodacom just decides whether they want to help you or not. Aftet paying all that money and soo much phone calls and hours and nothing resolved?? I am utterly disappointed in the service I got. Or did not get. Al they have to do is put my number on prepaid. I have done everything on my side and in 3 weeks they have done nothing from theirs? Unacceptable . And if I go instore they can't help me I have to sort it out over the phone. So disappointed !
