Cancellation and service complain

I need assistance here i haven't had any joy with Vodacom now I’m out of options. Brief: Had a top up contract with Vodacom on a special paying R130 a month for the phone and top up airtime. Vodacom decided to change my contract to R380 a month. Couldn’t get a straight story, one was that i over used and went over my 100 airtime and i advised its top up and they came back to say the contract changed and they couldn't provide me with the details of the new contract. Since i was not happy i requested to terminate the contract and the sent me a premature cancellation with the amount i need to pay. I paid the amount in 27 July 2018 same day i received the quote. I ported my number to a different network August Vodacom debited R849 again. Customer care, retention couldn't explain to why and put me through to accounts which after an 1hour and 26minutes they still couldn't answer why i was debited. in addition, there i was advised on cancellation of the contract i took another prepaid number which owes that R849. Now they couldn't explain how a prepaid number could be in areas of that amount. I do not know where else to go I called in Maria Masoeu gave me an incorrect e-mail and no help at all. Someone please assist because i am tired of this guys. Please assist please call on ********** 153 or Nkatty ********** 477
