Cancellation and refund a nightmare! I dont recommend them to anyone.

I'm so disappointed in how Vodacom operates. I've been with Vodacom for many years, last year October 2018 I was called for a new contract, a laptop with two routers. I was so happy but was disappointed when I received the laptop. Ohk, so I called the customer serves department to cancel the contract for the laptop, laptop was picked up 22 October 2018. The lady was spoke to didn't tell me I must send back everything, when I called 4 days after the pick up to cancel I was told everything was supposed to be send back, I arranged with them that the couriers must do the pick up for the two routers, I struggled for the next few months for pick up to be done, Vodacom did not communicate with me, telling me they have a problem with the courier company( I did not make use of the products). Eventually on 4th January 2019 the courier company came to collect. I called Vodacom 11 January 2019 to do cancellation because all the products was returned, what I mentioned to the agent is that I want the refund to be paid in my personal bank account, I have called numerous times about this and is still its not resolved. Today I received my monthly statement because I still have an account with them till October 2019 and surprise, surprise the money they owe me is reflecting in my Vodacom account after I was told that the money will be paid into my personal bank account 4 March 2019. This is not how you treat your loyal customers. I don't know what to do anymore regarding my money.
