Cancellation
Excellent service from cancellations team member Mckyle. I have heard horrible stories from people who try to cancel their contracts, how they have to phone numerous times and get told different stories about why they should not cancel or take up another lower contract. Mckyle was very understanding of my situation and within 10 mins my cancellation was done. Thank you Vodacom and Mckyle for being so efficient and the excellent service.
