Canceling contracts mess!!!

Canceling a contract at Vodacom is one of the worst experiences ever!!! I've had contracts with Telkom and Mtn and have canceled contracts with no issue after the term is finished.I spoke to Philani/Phinani from the cancelations department @ ***.He was the most unprofessional and rude consultant I have ever spoken to. My contract ended in June already and I wanted to put it on prepaid.The back and forth over canceling something that I paid for already and I am still being charged for is grossly unnecessary!!!Is there no ombudsman that could regulate this?! I will never obtain a contract with vodacom ever again!!
