Canceling a Vodacom contract it impossible

NEVER EVER sign a contract with Vodacom. You can NEVER cancel it. * In November I went into the store in Harbee****rt to cancel 2 Data Contracts, was told I must come back in December. (The contract end date is 24 January.) * 2nd December I went back into the store in Hartbee****rt to cancel the 2 Data Contracts. (1 December was a Sunday) Now the branch may no longer cancel a contract, you must go through customer care. I asked them to phone from the store. After 30+ minutes I was told no, it can only be cancelled on the 1st January! I pointed out that the 1st was a public holiday and was assured that if I cancel on the 2nd January, it would be ok. * I also upgraded a 3rd contract on the 2nd. This was done ... I got a printed paper. I should now be paying R149 in stead of R250 * End of December I was charged R250 for the upgraded contract! * 1st January I tried calling the customer care number, but was told it is not business hours * 2nd January I called, and was told "No, it must be 30 days before the end of the month, so if I cancel, it will only come into effect end of February!" Despite being assured the 2nd Jan will be ok. The consultant also said I should have phoned on 24 December! * The consultant checked the 3rd contract and informed me that the upgrade was never processed!!! So I also canceled that contract! * Now I must phone on the 1st Feb to cancel the contracts! But the 1st Feb is a Saturday! So I was told to phone the 31st Jan.
